We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundworker to join our client's team on a permanent basis in Isle of Grain. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of essential groundworks tasks, including assisting with site preparation, excavation, laying foundations, and ensuring that all groundwork activities comply with safety standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, reliable, and possess a solid understanding of site operations to contribute effectively to the progress of ongoing construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with other trades and site managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Previous experience working as a Groundworker on similar projects
- Proficient in using basic construction tools and machinery
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to groundworks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Valid CSCS card is preferred
