You will supervise various trades, including groundworkers, joiners, and concrete operatives, providing leadership and guidance to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance throughout the construction process. The role requires proactive management, effective communication with the site team and clients, and a keen eye for detail to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
- Proven experience in supervision roles within the construction industry, specifically involving groundworks, joinery, or concrete.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Experience managing site logistics, materials, and ensuring timely delivery.
- A relevant construction qualification or CPCS/SSSTS certification would be advantageous.
