Steel Fixer Supervisor Required – Leiston Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fixer Supervisor to join a major long-term construction project in Leiston, Suffolk.
Job Details
- Location: Leiston, Suffolk
- Start Date: Immediate
- Hours: Monday to Saturday
- Duration: Long-term work available
- Requirements: Valid CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS preferred, extensive steel fixing experience and supervisory experience.
Pay Rates
- £28.95 per hour – Standard rate
- £43.43 per hour – After 8 hours Monday to Thursday
- £43.43 per hour – After 7 hours on Friday
- £43.43 per hour – First 4 hours on Saturday
- £57.90 per hour – Saturday after 4 hours and all remaining hours on Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising steel fixing teams on site
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to programme
- Coordinating daily activities and workforce allocation
- Maintaining quality standards and site compliance
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
