About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of groundworks on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Site preparation and clearance
- Digging trenches, foundations, and drainage systems
- Laying kerbs, slabs, concrete, and tarmac
- Operating plant machinery (if tickets held)
- Assisting with pipe laying and ducting
- Working to site health and safety regulations
- Supporting other trades as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a groundworker
- CSCS card (essential)
- Dumper and Roller ticket (essential)
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
