Location: Isle of Grain, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Salary & Benefits

£19.00 per hour Monday to Friday
Saturday: Time and a Half (£28.50 per hour)
Sunday: Double Time (£38.00 per hour)
Weekend work is required
Lodge allowance available for operatives whose home address is more than 1 hour from site
£42.00 per night lodge allowance

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Finishing Groundworkers for an ongoing project in Isle of Grain, Kent. We are looking for reliable and skilled operatives who can carry out finishing works to a high standard and contribute to the successful delivery of the project.

Duties Will Include

Kerb laying
Edging and finishing works
Slabbing and paving
Block paving
Drainage works
Concreting and finishing
Installing ironwork and street furniture
General finishing groundworks
Operating site machinery where required
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a Finishing Groundworker
Valid CSCS Card
Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
Valid CPCS or NPORS Ride-On Roller ticket
Ability to work from drawings and site instructions
Good understanding of health and safety requirements
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
