Concrete Supervisor Required – Leiston Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join a major long-term construction project in Leiston, Suffolk.
Job Details
- Location: Leiston, Suffolk
- Start Date: Immediate
- Hours: Monday to Saturday
- Duration: Long-term work available
- Requirements: Valid CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS preferred, extensive concrete finishing experience, supervisory experience, and full PPE
Pay Rates
- £28.95 per hour – Standard rate
- £43.43 per hour – After 8 hours Monday to Thursday
- £43.43 per hour – After 7 hours on Friday
- £43.43 per hour – First 4 hours on Saturday
- £57.90 per hour – Saturday after 4 hours and all remaining hours on Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising concrete finishing teams on site
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
- Monitoring quality standards and programme targets
- Conducting site briefings and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors
